Air Products is seeking a Credit Union Electronic Transaction Specialist at its Allentown, PA headquarters. The role focuses on ACH processing, digital banking services, and NACHA compliance, while delivering exceptional member support and integrity in electronic transactions.

You will partner with members and internal teams to manage ACH processing, P2P, A2A transfers, and instant payments (FedNow/RTP), ensuring secure, efficient digital banking experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience with electronic and digital banking services in a financial institution.
• Knowledge of ACH processing and NACHA rules/regulations.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for ACH processes, reporting, training, audit support, and NACHA compliance.
• Process external Account-to-Account (A2A) transfers and support P2P transfers.
• Lead contact for instant payment services, incl. FedNow and RTP.
• Assist members and staff with ACH questions, issues, and research requests.
• Provide wire transfer processing support and backup for eCommerce functions.
• Monitor digital banking services to ensure a positive member experience.
• Identify and mitigate fraud risks using available tools (e.g., BioCatch).
• Stay current on fraud trends and educate members on prevention best practices.
• Develop understanding of APCI FCU products and educate members accordingly.
• Participate in projects supporting APCI FCU's strategic goals and member service objectives.
