Air Products in Allentown seeks a Credit Union Electronic Transaction Specialist to support APCI FCU's ACH processing, reconciliation, and digital banking services. You will serve as the subject matter expert for ACH operations and collaborate with members and internal teams to ensure secure, efficient electronic transactions.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, NACHA compliance, fraud prevention, and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronic and digital banking services.
• Knowledge of NACHA rules and regulations preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the subject matter expert for all ACH processes, reporting, and NACHA compliance.
• Process external Account-to-Account transfers and support Pay a Person services.
• Lead for instant payment services (FedNow and RTP).
• Assist with ACH questions, issues, and research requests.
• Monitor and support digital banking services to ensure a positive member experience.
