NET Credit Union is seeking an experienced ACH Specialist to support the Operations Support Team. You will drive daily ACH processing, handle exceptions, and assist with settlement reconciliations. The role requires accuracy, strong data entry, and the ability to untangle complex payment discrepancies.

Two to four years in back office operations with electronic payments is preferred, along with a High School Diploma or equivalent and an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification.

Responsabilités

• Represent the credit union behaviorally in processing transactions with courtesy and accuracy.
• Manage daily ACH files, returns and originations; monitor for potential fraud.
• Provide data entry for ACH, Share Draft processing, and other EFT activities.
• Generate reports and assist with settlement reconciliations.
• Research account discrepancies including fraud resolution and chargebacks.
• Process EFT paperwork and maintain accounts as needed.

NET Credit Union is looking for an experienced ACH Specialist to join our fast-paced Operations Support Team. In this role, you will be the engine behind our daily Automated Clearing House (ACH) processing, exception handling and settlement reconciliations. Requirements

• Represent the credit union to members in a courteous and professional manner and provide prompt, efficient and accurate service in the processing of transactions
• Provide specific service related information either in-person or by telephone
• Respond to email or other electronic requests submitted by members, providing professional, prompt, efficient and accurate service and information
• Maintain plastic card accounts and service existing accounts
• Verify data input to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
• Provide data entry for specialized areas such as ACH, Share Draft processing, courtesy pay, etc.
• Manage daily incoming and outgoing ACH files, returns and originations
• Generate a variety of reports as requested. Perform a variety of other clerical duties of moderate scope and complexity as assigned
• Research accounts for plastic card transaction discrepancies. Provide and explain necessary paperwork for account disputes including fraud resolution and chargebacks
• Process and correct all EFT transactions daily from the Federal Reserve
• Process paperwork to include bad address, government reclamations, unauthorized debit claims, judgement/levy enforcement, subpoena research and any filing or clerical needs
• Monitor transactions for potential fraud
• Process card compromise notices and all bank wires
• Other duties as assigned
