Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for ACH processes, reporting, and NACHA compliance.
• Process external Account-to-Account transfers and Pay a Person transfers.
• Lead contact for instant payment services (FedNow and RTP).
• Assist members and staff with ACH questions and research requests.
• Support wire transfer processing and backup for ecommerce functions.
• Monitor digital banking services to ensure a positive member experience.
• Identify and mitigate fraud risks using available tools (BioCatch).
• Stay current on fraud trends and educate members on prevention.

We have an immediate opening for a **Credit Union Electronic Transaction Specialist** at our Global Headquarters in Allentown, PA.The Credit Union Electronic Transaction Specialist is responsible for supporting APCI Federal Credit Union's electronic and digital banking services, with a primary focus on ACH processing, reconciliation, reporting, compliance, and member support.
