Job summary

Aaron’s Marion, IN is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to build relationships with customers over the phone and in person, driving payment collections and lease renewals with a focus on customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes high energy, strong communication, and the ability to multitask while supporting sales and ensuring assets are protected. A valid driver’s license and DOT requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Able to relate to customers with empathy and explain things clearly.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with customers.
• Proficient with store computer systems and documentation of appointments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer accounts and update information in the store system.
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed leases by home visits or phone.
• Promote timely lease renewals and assist in revenue and renewal goals.
• Assist the Customer Account Manager with daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Support merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Clean and certify merchandise in the QA Center for returned items.
• Maintain weekly vehicle maintenance and route sheets.
• Load, secure and protect product in company vehicle and safely operate it.
• Support Sales Team as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
