Job summary

Life Protect 24/7 is seeking a Collections Agent to join our Norfolk, VA team. This full-time role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to update accounts and collect payments, with a focus on maintaining strong customer relationships.

You will report to the Recovery Manager, review each customer’s situation, and offer payment solutions to ship products and improve retention. The package includes paid training and a comprehensive benefits lineup.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of customer service in a call center, service industry, or retail sales.
• Strong computer and interpersonal communication skills.
• Motivation, and desire to achieve powered by YOU!

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers to update service or account.
• Review customer situations to determine the best approach to ship the product and increase account retention.
• Obtain a form of payment and offer solutions to improve customer relations.
• Identify escalated issues and report to management.
• Process sales and cancellations and discuss savings opportunities to switch payment forms.
