Job summary

Life Protect 24/7 is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative in Norfolk, VA. You will handle inbound calls from diverse customers, address questions, update services, and assist with cancellations to retain customers. You will report to the Customer Relations Manager and aim to provide a world-class customer experience.

Salary is $15.00 to $15.50 per hour with weekly pay and paid training. The role requires 18+, HS diploma, and on-site work; bilingual a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Able to work on-site in Norfolk, VA.
• Strong computer and interpersonal communication skills.
• 1-2 years of customer service and retention in a contact center, service industry, or retail sales.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound cancellation calls, questions, and inquiries from our client base in a respectful and professional manner.
• Preserve the relationship and improve the customers’ relationship.
• Listen patiently, engage with the customer, show empathy, build rapport, track information, and offer solutions.
