Services By J National LLC is seeking a detail-oriented A/R & Collections Specialist with hands-on ServiceTitan experience to join our team in Carrollton, TX. The role offers an opportunity to impact the company’s financial health in a fast-paced service environment.

You will manage invoicing, posting payments, and reconciliations, while making outbound collections calls and ensuring accurate job costing and billing. Strong Excel skills and a customer-focused approach are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts receivable and/or collections experience.
• Strong understanding of billing, invoicing, and payment reconciliation processes.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceTitan software is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general accounting software.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for customer-facing collections.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable processes including invoicing, payment posting, and account reconciliation.
• Conduct outbound collections calls and follow-ups on outstanding balances.
• Utilize ServiceTitan to track, manage, and update customer accounts and billing records.
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes in a timely manner.
• Generate and analyze A/R aging reports to prioritize collections efforts.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding payment arrangements and account status.
• Coordinate with field and operations teams to ensure accurate job costing and invoicing.
