Qualifikationen

• Experience in construction accounts receivable is required.
• Knowledge of corporate accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Attention to detail and ability to analyze financial data.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including phone etiquette for customer interactions.
• Ability to negotiate payment terms with customers when necessary.

Aufgaben

• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Process financial transactions, including journal entries and account analysis.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts receivable.
• Monitor overdue customer accounts and follow up with customers as needed.
• Prepare and send invoices to customers promptly.
• Respond to inquiries regarding billing and payments.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure accurate invoicing.
• Assist in preparing financial reports as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
