Pursuit Aerospace in Manchester, CT, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to manage AR processes across multiple locations. You will collaborate with Site-level Finance, Shipping, Program Management, and Business Development to ensure accurate billing and timely collections.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 3+ years in AR, authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, and proficiency with Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounts receivables.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and organize customer communications to resolve AR past due.
• Coordinate actions to resolve AR issues.
• Monitor and track AR progress using established tools.
• Research root causes of discrepancies between shipments and customer receipts.
• Partner with multiple departments to identify and resolve issues (pricing, PO amendments).
• Apply customer payments and resolve discrepancies.
• Analyze customer orders, invoices, and shipping documents to validate billing.
• Prepare monthly and ad hoc AR reporting to management.
• Adhere to Core Values and Core Competencies.
