Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting experience with a hands-on AR focus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems.
• NetSuite experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounts receivable activities, including customer invoicing, payment posting, and account reconciliations.
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up with customers regarding payments and collections.
• Review daily banking activity, process deposits, and handle credit card transactions.
• Respond to customer billing inquiries and assist with credit applications.
• Maintain accurate customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide additional accounting support, including AP processing and month-end activities, as needed.
