Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor accounts receivable aging and drive collections for timely payments.
• Lead collections activities for joint interest billing and past-due balances.
• Partner with internal teams and external customers to resolve billing issues.
• Investigate and reconcile account discrepancies to maintain accurate records.
• Apply and reconcile customer payments and respond to inquiries.
• Prepare AR reports including aging and collection metrics.
• Support month-end close and identify opportunities to improve receivables.
