Job summary

Rolfson Oil is seeking a Billing Specialist to manage all aspects of customer billing within oilfield services. You will use OpenInvoice or similar platforms to input invoices and tickets, monitor AR aging, and coordinate corrections with the team.

The role requires 3+ years in billing/AR, proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise and Microsoft Office, and a detail-oriented, organized approach. Schedule is Wednesday-Sunday onsite 8-5, with possible overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 3+ years of billing and accounts receivable experience; oilfield services preferred.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Enterprise.
• Ability to manage high transaction volumes with accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail, deadlines, and confidentiality.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized and dependable.
• Schedule: Wednesday-Sunday onsite 8-5, overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of customer billing using oilfield accounting platforms (e.g., OpenInvoice or similar).
• Upload invoices and supporting service tickets into customer billing systems promptly.
• Review service tickets for accuracy and coordinate corrections with appropriate personnel.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up with customers regarding payments and collections.
• Assist with invoicing, statement distribution, bank deposits, and other accounting support tasks.
• Perform account reconciliations.
• Support special projects and additional duties as assigned.
