Always Fresh Farms, LLC is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. Under the supervision of the Accounting Supervisor, you will handle routine and special AR tasks, post revenue, generate invoices, and maintain AR files.

You will collaborate with sales, operations, logistics, and shipping to ensure accurate billing and timely closings. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of AR experience, strong Excel skills, and a solid understanding of GAAP, with the ability to handle

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience related to accounts receivable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; intermediate to advanced Excel (pivots, lookups).
• Basic knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

Responsabilités

• Post revenue by verifying and entering transactions.
• Generate invoices and account statements.
• Prepare, review, and upload invoices to customer portals.
• Post customer payments and research discrepancies related to pricing and invoicing charges.
• Participate in month-end close and maintain accounts receivable files.
