Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience related to accounts receivable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; intermediate to advanced Excel.
• Basic knowledge of GAAP.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Punctual, regular attendance and ability to work overtime if needed.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; read, speak and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Post revenue by verifying and entering transactions.
• Generate invoices and account statements.
• Prepare, review, and upload invoices to customer portals.
• Post customer payments.
• Research discrepancies related to pricing and other invoicing charges.
• Participate in the month-end close process and related duties.
• Maintain accounts receivable files and records.
• Perform special research and projects related to billing and AR.
• Prepare and complete ad-hoc reports.
• Assist in process improvements to accounting systems for efficiency.
• Support general financial management and cross-functional collaboration.
