• Processes credit/debit memos and RMAs as necessary.
• Contacts customers and sales personnel for deductions and past due balances.
• Maintains files of daily cash receipts.
• Responds to customer service and sales inquiries.
• Assists as backup to Accounts Payable Clerk.
• Assists in uploading invoices into customer portals.
• Participates in other projects as needed.
