Responsibilities

• Accurately and promptly apply cash to client accounts.
• Process credit/debit memos and RMAs as necessary.
• Contact customers and/or sales personnel to follow up on deductions and past due balances.
• Maintain files of daily cash receipts.
• Respond to customer service and sales inquiries.
• Provide backup support to the Accounts Payable Clerk.
