Reyes Beverage Group is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to manage billing, payment application, and AR sub-ledger activities. The role supports month-end close, dispute resolution, and process improvement within a busy accounting team.

The position emphasizes accuracy, timely invoice processing, and collaboration with vendors and internal departments to ensure financial integrity and smooth cash flow.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 1–2 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Timely and accurate supplier billing.
• Analyze incoming payments to determine proper application.
• Journalize and reconcile entries to the accounts receivable sub ledger.
• Accounts Receivable management (collections, researching payment agreements, accuracy, etc.).
• Creation of various bill back invoices.
• File maintenance (both hard copies and e-files).
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
