Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits seeks a Customer Care Accounts Receivable Representative to assist customers, process orders, and manage back-office tasks. You will resolve invoicing issues and interact with NCC and Sales teams to ensure timely responses.

The role requires strong data-entry, AR knowledge and experience with AS 400, Salesforce, and SAP; a full-time position with comprehensive benefits and growth potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency with 2 years of relevant experience in a customer service or similar environment.
• Experience with AS 400, Salesforce, and SAP preferred.
• Accurate data-entry skills and ability to analyze data from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Assist specific customers in the division with back-office processes such as accounts receivable and order processing.
• Resolve internal and external customer issues by timely responses via phone and email.
• Answer questions for accounts involved in AR; research missing invoices.
• Follow up on account delinquency and communicate with NCC Accounts Receivable.
• Coordinate with Sales Teams and NCC to complete paperwork and forward to A/R.
• Provide invoice copies and respond to information requests.
• Process incoming orders and respond to general order inquiries.
• Stay informed on state alcoholic beverage laws and listings.
