Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Texas to manage inflows and provide high-level customer service to internal and external customers. You will support cash application and AR accounting, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing of AR activities.

The role includes assisting with weekly and monthly close processes, handling cash receipts, adjustments, chargebacks, and deductions in collaboration with Sales.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required with 1–2 years of related AR experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with cash application and AR processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the company’s inflow and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Support cash application and AR accounting with accurate documentation and processing of transactions.
• Assist with weekly/monthly close processes and AR activities including cash receipts, adjustments, and communication with Sales for chargebacks and deductions.
• Maintain organized AR and deposit documentation; issue credit notes and process transactions; assist with audit documentation and KPIs.
• Other duties as assigned
