Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of accounts receivable experience in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform reconciliation of payments and customer accounts.
• Manage daily cash handling, deposits and posting to AR sub-ledger.
• Process credit card payments and prepare bank deposits.
• Maintain up-to-date AR records and aging; apply credits and collections.
• Research payment discrepancies and communicate with clients and teams.
• Contact clients via phone, email and mail; update customer contacts.
• Suggest process improvements to AR policies and procedures.
• Support AR team members as needed.
