Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable, collections, or customer account management.
• Strong understanding of cash application and reconciliation processes.
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage short/long-term collection objectives.
• Experience reviewing contracts, payment terms, and customer billing arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable activities, including payment application, account monitoring, and collection efforts.
• Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances and resolve payment related issues in a professional manner.
• Review customer agreements and payment terms to ensure accurate billing and collection practices.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare aging reports and provide updates on collection activity, cash receipts, and account status.
