Renishaw is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Americas HQ in West Dundee, IL. You will support AR activities across the Americas region, working with US customers on collections, account setup, and cash applications.

The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and proactive communication with customers to resolve disputes and improve cash flow. Experience in AR and familiarity with Dynamics 365 are valued.

Responsabilités

• Contact U.S. customers for cash collections.
• Set up new customer accounts.
• Review daily credit hold report and assist with monthly closings.
• Process bank transactions and customer credit notes.
• Communicate invoices and statements to customers.
