Zusammenfassung

Elite Interactive Solutions is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Finance and Accounting team. This role handles day-to-day AR tasks including billing support, cash application, collections, customer account reconciliation, and aging management.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing a customer portfolio from billing through collection, coordinating with Accounting, Operations, Sales, and Service to resolve issues and support

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of accounts receivable, collections, billing, or related accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience with cash application, aging management, collections, and customer account reconciliation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally with customers and internal teams.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience working with an ERP or accounting system.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume portfolio and multiple priorities.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and meet established deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage an assigned customer portfolio and conduct consistent collection follow-up based on aging, payment status, and risk.
• Apply customer payments accurately and timely, including researching unapplied cash, short payments, credits, and deductions.
• Reconcile customer accounts and aging detail and resolve discrepancies prior to month-end close.
• Support recurring and project-based billing by validating customer, contract, and operational information.
• Maintain clear documentation of collection activity, payment commitments, disputes, escalations, and next steps.
• Partner with Account Management, Sales, Service, and Operations to resolve billing disputes, contract questions, service completion issues, and billing readiness.
• Prepare accounts receivable aging, cash collection, delinquency, and escalation reporting.
• Escalate significant disputes, payment plans, concessions, credit risks, or service-hold considerations as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate customer master data, billing documentation, and audit-ready account support.
• Identify recurring billing and collection issues and recommend process improvements.
• Support the Accounting team with additional AR-related activities and projects as needed.
