Job summary

PLI Fabrication LLC is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to locate and notify customers with delinquent accounts by phone or email, and to process invoices daily. The role requires posting payments, performing credit checks, and maintaining organized records to keep the AR aging healthy.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of related experience, strong Excel and ERP familiarity (Visual, SAP), and excellent attention to detail in a climate-controlled office environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Two to four years of related experience preferred.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Locate and notify customers of delinquent accounts by telephone or email.
• Send out invoices daily.
• Post customer payments accurately to accounts.
• Perform credit checks on new customers.
• Maintain access to payment documentation and filing system.
• Reconcile, monitor and improve AR aging reports.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Process and post invoices to the general ledger.
• Provide backup to departmental personnel as needed.
