Job summary

Air Power Dynamics in Mentor, Ohio is seeking an Accounts Receivable specialist who will own the full AR process from PO intake through invoicing and collections. You will coordinate with Operations, Sales, Shipping, and Quality to ensure accurate billing, apply payments, monitor aging, and resolve discrepancies.

This role offers exposure to ad hoc reporting and broader accounting functions in a manufacturing environment, with opportunities to develop broader accounting experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related role.
• Experience with invoicing, cash application, reconciliations, and collections.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain customer purchase orders and documentation.
• Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Shipping, Quality, and other departments to ensure information required for accurate billing is available.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and timely.
• Apply customer payments and maintain accurate accounts receivable balances.
• Assist with month-end AR close and financial reporting.
