Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a temp-to-perm role in Secaucus, NJ. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of AR experience and will handle collections, payments processing, and daily AR follow-up.

You will reconcile AR, monitor aging reports, send monthly statements, and reach out to clients to collect past-due invoices. Schedule is Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:00pm with a 30-minute lunch.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of accounts receivable experience.
• Experience with collections and client communications.
• Ability to process payments via multiple methods and reconcile AR.

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm with 30 mins lunch break

Pay: $24-$25/hr.
