Financial Additions has a great contract-to-hire opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist with strong Excel skills (pivot tables and VLOOKUPS). This is a HYBRID role near Addison.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide prompt and professional communication to clients regarding past due account status, invoice disputes, and client inquiries as needed via telephone, email, or other written correspondence.
• Cash application/post customer payments.
• Create revenue variance analysis reports to management.
• Liaison for customer inquiries, taking ownership of research and resolving issues.

Qualifications include:

• 2-4 years in AR role that included billing, collections, cash application
• Good understanding of GAAP.

• Detailed, organized, and produces accurate work in a fast-paced environment.
