The candidate will handle client inquiries, balance reconciliation, and research when discrepancies arise, ensuring accurate and timely financial posting.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in AR role that included billing, collections, cash application.
• Good understanding of GAAP.
• Professional communication skills — both written and verbal.
• Detailed, organized, and produces accurate work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, strong Excel, and Copilot).
• Business/accounting degree (or some college) preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
