Are you an AR professional who enjoys digging into aging, resolving discrepancies, and building relationships with customers? We’re working with a growing DFW-area organization looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist.

This role is highly transactional and customer-facing, supporting the full process from customer PO through invoicing and cash application. Initially, this person will also assist with purchasing and POs, so candidates should be comfortable working on both the customer/order and purchasing sides of the transaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate customer POs
• Order entry and order-to-cash processing
• Assist with purchasing and purchase orders
• Coordinate shipping, freight, and special customer requirements
• Ensure pricing and billing align with customer POs
• Prepare and process invoices
• Manage customer billing portals
• Perform cash application
• Research service billing and supporting documentation
• Communicate directly with customers to resolve order and billing questions

Volume

• Approximately 2,400 POs/month
• Approximately 300 invoices/month
• Supports roughly 700 customer branches nationwide
• No collections responsibility
