• Negotiate payment arrangements and follow through.
• Document collection activity in CRM systems.
• Identify high-risk accounts and escalate as needed.
• Recommend accounts for credit hold or third-party collections.
• Provide high level customer service across billing and service.
• Perform other duties as required.
