Bonnell Industries Inc. is seeking an Accounting Specialist to support day-to-day financial operations, including accounts receivable, customer invoicing, cash application, and payroll processing.

The role emphasizes accurate records, strong internal controls, and collaboration across Finance, HR, Sales, and Operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while communicating with multiple departments to ensure timely, compliant transactions

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience including accounts receivable, payroll, bookkeeping.
• Experience with payroll processing and AR transactions.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and office software.
• Experience with ERP systems and maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer invoicing and AR activities.
• Process cash applications and collections.
• Manage payroll data and weekly payroll processing; payroll reconciliation.
• Maintain financial records and document management.
• Provide backup support for accounts payable.
• Support continuous improvement within financial processes.
