• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reporting, reconciliations, and data analysis.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across Billing, Accounts Receivable, and EDI functions.
• Mentor and support an established team while maintaining accountability and deadlines.
• Oversee high-volume invoicing, payment tracking, reconciliations, collections, and AR aging.
• Partner with sales, operations, and accounting to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely invoicing.
• Manage electronic invoicing platforms and customer billing portals.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve accuracy, and strengthen reporting.
• Support an upcoming accounting and billing software upgrade.

Position Overview

Connect Search is partnering with an established organization seeking an experienced Billing & Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee billing, AR, and electronic invoicing operations.
