Job summary

Randstad USA is hiring for a Customer Care / Accounts Receivable Representative in Addison, TX. The role combines customer service, AR, order processing, and administrative support for a beverage distribution team.

The candidate should have a high school diploma and 1 year of related experience, with GAAP knowledge and strong Excel skills. Salesforce experience is a plus; regular 8–5 shift with standard benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of relevant experience in customer service, accounts receivable, order processing, or related role.
• Knowledge of GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to research account issues and communicate solutions clearly.
• Proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and complex formulas.
• Ability to work with customers, sales teams, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/account management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned customers regarding accounts receivable, orders, invoices, and general questions.
• Respond promptly to customer calls and emails, researching issues and providing timely resolutions.
• Research customer accounts to explain open invoices, short payments, credits, and discrepancies.
• Support collection activities by following aging, delinquency, and collection procedures.
• Provide invoice copies and documentation upon request.
• Process customer orders and respond to general order inquiries with first-level support.
• Collaborate with Sales and AR teams to resolve issues and complete documentation.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and routing of paperwork.
• Assist with AR functions across assigned customer accounts.
• Respond to inbound calls/cases while minimizing transfers.
• Document interactions and account activity in Salesforce and other systems.
