Job summary

Randstad USA in Addison, TX is seeking a Customer Care Accounts Receivable Representative. You will assist customers with inquiries about products and services and help place orders, while supporting back-office processes.

The role requires 2 years of experience, a bachelor’s degree, GAAP knowledge, and strong Excel skills for pivot tables, charts and formulas. You will collaborate with Sales and CAS AR to ensure accurate invoicing and timely collections.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency plus 1 year of experience.
• Knowledge of GAAP, federal regulatory guidelines, and organizational objectives.
• Proficient in Excel for pivot tables, charts and complex formulas.

Responsibilities

• Assist specific customers in the division with back-office processes (e.g., accounts receivable, order processing, customer service).
• Resolve internal and external customer issues by timely responses to calls and emails.
• Answer questions for accounts involved in the accounts receivable process.
• Research accounts and explain open invoices, short pays, and open credits.
• Follow up on general customer collections per guidelines.
• Work with customers, Salesforce, and CAS AR to complete paperwork.
• Assist with research of missing invoices.
• Maintain communication with Sales Teams and CAS.
• Answer general Sales Team questions and resolve AR-related issues.
• Provide invoice copies and information requests.
• Process incoming orders and handle order inquiries.
• Stay informed of state alcohol laws and listings.
