Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years in customer service.
• Experience with AS 400, Salesforce and SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts receivable and order processing.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Research missing invoices and communicate status to customers.
• Collaborate with Sales and NCC to resolve issues.
