Job summary

Enterprise Mobility seeks an Accounting Coordinator to manage accounts receivable activities for our Car Sales Shared Services team. You will research weekly receivable reports, process entries, monitor aging balances, and partner with teams to resolve items while strengthening receivable management.

This role offers the chance to build accounting expertise, sharpen analytical and problem-solving skills, and collaborate across the organization within a dynamic car sales operation.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have 1+ years of accounting experience OR an Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable Management: monitor and maintain AR balances, focus on items aged 30 days or more and support timely resolution.
• Reporting & Analysis: research, compile, and distribute weekly receivable reports; identify trends and improve receivable management.
• Accounting Support: process accounting entries and perform related accounting functions to maintain accurate financial records.
• Collaboration & Issue Resolution: respond to receivable-related questions, resolve issues, and conduct monthly reviews of outstanding items.
