Johnstone Supply is hiring an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join a fast-paced team. The role focuses on processing and applying customer payments across multiple channels and reconciling accounts with precision.

You will maintain ERP data, resolve discrepancies, and follow up on past-due invoices while keeping a positive, customer-friendly approach. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of accounting experience.

Aufgaben

• Process and apply customer payments from mail, phone, email, online payments and bank transfers.
• Reconcile payments and ensure accurate application to customer accounts.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies and contact customers for clarification when needed.
• Maintain up-to-date customer account information in the ERP system for data accuracy.
• Follow up on past-due invoices and assist with timely account resolution.
• Maintain a friendly, positive attitude while handling inquiries.
