Responsibilities

• Manage assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts and plan actions to recover payments.
• Heavy phone activity with customers to collect payments and resolve discrepancies.
• Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans with debtors.
• Update account status and database regularly; alert supervisors of non-paying customers.
