Responsibilities

• Plan recovery actions, negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans, and handle questions or complaints.
• Make heavy phone contact with customers and contact debtors regarding payment status.
• Update account status and database regularly and alert supervisors of accounts unwilling or unable to pay.
