Qualifications

• At least 2 years of collections experience.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally to achieve collections targets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and intranet/internet.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and monitor assigned accounts.
• Contact debtors via phone to collect payments and identify payment status.
• Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
• Investigate discrepancies and update account status; escalate as needed.
