Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 2+ years of collections experience.
• Ability to use confidential information professionally to achieve collections targets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and intranet/internet.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable functions for assigned accounts.
• Plan actions to recover outstanding payments and negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
• Make heavy phone contact with customers and resolve payment questions or disputes.
• Update account status and records, and alert supervisors of uncollectible accounts.
