Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 2+ years in collections or accounts receivable experience.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally to hit collection targets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and intranet/internet.

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounts receivable related functions for assigned accounts.
• Plan actions to recover outstanding payments and contact debtors by phone.
• Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans with customers.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies; update account status regularly.
• Escalate issues to supervisors when customers are unwilling or unable to pay.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with stakeholders as needed.
