Qualifications

• Experience in AR and collections preferred
• Strong data entry skills and accuracy required
• Ability to manage multiple changing priorities and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Post accurate remittance data daily and on time
• Research all remittance transactions for proper accounting
• Log system notes regarding all customer correspondence and credit limit changes
• Evaluate customer payment behavior and update credit boundaries
• Interacting with the sales team to provide the best customer experience possible
• Set up new customer accounts and maintain customer data
• Initiate daily outbound B2B collection calls to resolve past due balances
• Process documentation for customer credit requests and approvals
• Issue customer RMA documentation
• Perform other tasks as needed to facilitate business needs
