Job summary

KeySource, a pharmaceutical distributor headquartered in Cincinnati, OH, seeks an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our growing team. You will post remittances daily, research transactions, and help maintain cash flow by monitoring credit limits and coordinating with the sales team to optimize customer experiences.

Ideal candidates have AR/collections exposure, are proficient in MS Office, and may have SAP Business One experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in AR and collections preferred, not required.
• SAP Business One experience a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Post customer remittance data accurately and daily.
• Research remittance transactions to ensure proper accounting.
• Monitor credit limits and update as needed to prevent bad debt.
