Qualifications

• AR and collections experience preferred but not required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong data entry, communication and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing deadlines.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Post customer remittance data accurately and daily.
• Research remittance transactions to ensure proper accounting.
• Maintain high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Log system notes for customer correspondence and credit limit changes.
• Evaluate customer payment behavior and update credit boundaries.
• Collaborate with sales to deliver the best customer experience.
• Set up new customer accounts and maintain data for accuracy.
• Initiate outbound B2B collection calls to resolve past-due balances.
• Process documentation for customer credit requests and RMAs.
