Qualifications

• 2+ years in collections or accounts receivable handling complex accounts.
• Strong knowledge of general accounting and AR processes.
• Experience with root-cause analysis of billing/payment issues.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment within established guidelines.
• Analytical thinking and critical thinking skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professionalism and resilience under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze assigned AR portfolio to resolve aging issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis on payment delays and disputes.
• Exercise independent judgment on account status and resolutions.
• Lead collection efforts for high-value or escalated accounts.
• Investigate billing discrepancies with Sales, Billing, and other internal departments.
• Process credits and write-offs within authority.
• Identify trends and propose process improvements.
• Maintain detailed account activity documentation.
• Provide status reports to leadership as needed.
• Support special projects for department objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
