Pratt Industries is seeking a Billing Clerk to handle receivables, invoicing, customer accounts, and related financial tasks in a manufacturing environment. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely processing, and collaboration with the accounting team.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors in accounting, finance or business degree.
• Four years billing/accounts receivable experience.
• Experience with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Prior collection and reconciliation of customer accounts.
• Undergraduate degree focus on accounting/finance.

Responsabilités

• Process bills (receivables) and other accounting tasks.
• Review bills of lading and sales orders for processing.
• Ensure accuracy of daily invoicing.
• Enter shipments into accounting system for billing and file maintenance.
• Apply cash receipts to customer accounts and reconcile aging.
• Process customer credit applications and maintain files.
• Make collection calls and manage customer aging.
