Job summary

Ind Pallet Corp in Lafayette, IN is hiring an Accounts Receivable Clerk who thrives on precision, teamwork, and service. You will manage invoicing, apply payments, and keep customer accounts current, partnering with division leaders and our Controller.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of AR experience, an associate degree in accounting, and strong Excel skills. You’ll join a collaborative, growth-minded team that values people as much as performance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of AR accounting experience.
• Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Strong Excel and Office Suite skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Traverse or PalleTrack preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process invoices for Mulch and Pallet divisions.
• Apply customer payments and reconcile accounts.
• Reconcile Bills of Lading and ensure billing accuracy.
• Maintain filing of invoices and customer statements.
• Collaborate with sales for new customer setups.
• Support process improvements and desk manual development.
