Halma plc in Valparaiso, IN is seeking a Billing Specialist to process payments, issue invoices, and keep customer accounts up to date. This in-office role supports Sales and Customer Service and requires attention to detail and solid communication.

You will work Monday–Friday, with an 8-hour day and start time between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. Benefits include paid time off, health coverage, 401(k) match, and parental leave. Competitive hourly pay of $21–$23 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in accounting/finance preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage time and prioritize tasks.

Responsabilités

• Process and post incoming payments (checks, ACH, credit card) accurately.
• Generate and issue customer invoices and statements.
• Maintain customer account records and up-to-date data.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Sales and Customer Service for smooth billing and collections.
